Yesterday, R.B. Bernstein of New York Law School appeared on the NPR's Think, one of the very best radio shows around. Bernstein, author of "The American Founding Fathers Reconsidered" (Oxford University Press 2009), discussed what, in his view, the framers of the American Constitution actually intended.
