Brian Baxter of AmLaw points to an interesting trend that appears to be emerging in the law school world: public institutions buying private law schools at low cost.
Part of the good news is of course more admissions opportunities for applicants. But perhaps part of the bad news is fewer employment opportunities for graduates. Time will surely tell.
